This week’s show was great! Dimity and Sarah (co-authors of the book Run Like a Mother) are some pretty inspirational ladies. And I didn’t get laughed out of the building for having a double-digit body fat percentage. Check it.

I had Eugene Buchanan, author of “Outdoor Parents, Outdoor Kids: A guide to getting your kids active in the great outdoors” on the show yesterday. We have a lot in common (shocker) and chatted about our own successes and failures in getting the kids outside. Also, did you know JFK was worried that our kids weren’t being active enough?
