Starting next week, I will be writing a bi-weekly Column that focuses on things to do with kids in the outdoors. The column will be for Craigmore Creations, a production house that specializes in creating natural history entertainment. Catsup & Mustard

Though not implied in the name, the Catsup & Mustard show was a fund-raising event held last night at the Tonic Lounge in Portland, for flood victims in Pakistan.  Taking photos in a night club atmosphere is always challenging, and a lot of fun. These are the times that I really enjoy playing with different exposures and camera tricks. Check out the Flickr album here.

My 2nd article for The Hillsboro Argus is about the 21 mile Banks-Vernonia Trail. The abandoned railway was the first completed project from the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy in Oregon. The online version of the article, “Find peace on the Banks-Vernonia Trail” is now viewable.
