Hey Amy,

That photo was taken last year on July 3rd. It also happened to be a very good beargrass year. So my best guess for prime time up there would be early to mid-June this year. A good resource to check out prime wildflower blooms at various locations is Oregonwildflowers.org. For more info and directions to McIntyre Ridge, check out the link below.
