Northwest Travel & Life Magazine: Chef-Driven Oyster Bars

In terms of origins, this story for Northwest Travel & Life Magazine was a little different. I normally think of ideas based on my travels. I have had Olympia Oyster Bar in Portland send me fresh oysters to Tucson, Az. Absolutely the best we have ever had! I highly recommend their VIP SERVICE that is a standard to all their customers!
