Tommy, James, and Mike deliver consistent, delicious and really creative sushi. They respect tradition but aren’t afraid to push boundaries a bit to really put a dish over the top. Tommy is obsessed with sauces and colors and anyone whose spent a minute in the kitchen would truly appreciate the attention to detail he brings to the plate.
